Villa l'Unica is located in the city of Lucca just 3 km from the historic center but already surrounded by the green hills. From here you can enjoy a splendid view and appreciate the quiet of the Tuscan countryside.

The villa was built construction in 1960, it has maintained its characteristic style over time with continuous maintenance and renovation. It consists of two large floors. The first floor with a large terrace overlooking the pool is dedicated to the sleeping area and offers 1 double bedrooms with bathroom (large shower and double sink), 1 double bedroom with bathroom (bath, shower and double sink), a bedroom with bed french (1 and ½ bed) and bathroom with bathtub
and a large study with sofa bed. The ground floor is very spacious with two welcoming rooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a service bathroom and two beautiful verandas with a view of the Lucca hills.
The Unica is surrounded by two hectares of splendid garden with perfect sun exposure. To the south-east, adjacent to the villa, there is the private swimming pool (13 x 6 meters, height 1 - 2.8 meters) and the typical Tuscan garden with lawn and flower basins, to the north-west are the hills with pine trees, hazelnuts, plums and the border with the woods.
